Ground-rail Door Foaming Line
The line is mainly used for refrigerator door foaming
The line is mainly used for refrigerator&freezer door foaming. It consists of driving unit, curing oven, ground rail, heating and ventilation system, carrier, foaming fixture, injection area exhausting system, earthed system, injection manipulator, pneumatic system, mould locking devices, guide rail for mould open and close movement, hydraulic system, electrical control system. The previous conveyor line, working table for post treatment and high pressure foaming system will be provided by the buyer. The line adopts circular layout, which is driven by hydraulic moto(or motor reducer) and heated by steam or mould temp.
Working procedures: loading manually, closing fixture by guide rail, injection manually, heating and curing, unlocking automatically, opening fixture by guide rail, unloading manually and bubble clearing.
