Refrigerator Side Panel Rolling & Forming Line
The line is mainly used for refrigerator side panel rolling and forming
The line is applied to the forming and producing of refrigerator side panel. It mainly consists of loading station, punching station, 180o overturning station, rolling station, cutting station, bending station, 90o bending station, flanging station, unloading machine, pneumatic unit, hydraulic unit, electric control unit, etc. Except the double panels (right+left) production, this line is compatible for single panel.
Working procedure: Loading automatically, punching, sheet turning, rolling, foaming, cutting, stage foaming, end-bending, unloading and so on.
Reasonable configuration, being easy to adjust to manufacture, different products, high productivity, easy maintenance.
